1. Parties & Scope of Services
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to services provided by 7 Days Property Wash, a division of Cheap and Cheerful Painters, located in Auckland, New Zealand. We offer exterior property wash, painting and renovation services (the “Services”) to residential and commercial clients in the Auckland region.

By accepting a quote or booking our Services, you agree to these Terms.

2. Quotes, Payment & Charges

• All quotes issued by us are estimates based on the information available at the time. Final pricing may vary depending on site conditions, access, additional work required or materials needed.

• Payment terms will be specified in the quote. Unless stated otherwise, a deposit may be required before work commences. Final payment is due upon completion of the Services and invoice issuance.

• If you fail to pay by the due date, we reserve the right to withhold deliverables, stop work or charge interest as permitted by law.

3. Client Responsibilities & Site Conditions

• The client must provide safe access to the property and any utilities (water, power) needed for our work.

• The client must move or remove fragile items, outdoor furnishings or obstacles that may interfere with the Service.

• We may refuse to commence or continue work if site conditions are unsafe or access is not provided. Additional charges may apply.

4. Scheduling, Delays & Weather

• We will schedule the Services at a mutually agreed time and make reasonable efforts to keep to the schedule.

• Delays may occur due to weather, site conditions or other factors outside our control. We will notify you promptly and arrange a suitable alternative time.

• If weather prevents safe execution of the Service, we reserve the right to reschedule without liability.

5. Warranty & Limitations of Liability

• We warrant that the Services will be performed with reasonable skill and care, consistent with industry standards in New Zealand.

• We exclude liability for indirect, special or consequential loss (including loss of profits, loss of rentals or loss of use) to the fullest extent permitted by law.

• Our maximum liability for direct loss caused by our negligence is limited to the total amount paid by you for the Services.

6. Cookies & Tracking

• Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to collect analytics and improve user experience.

• When you first visit our website you will be presented with a cookie banner enabling you to accept or decline non-essential cookies.
